Participant and Guardian Code of Conduct Agreement for:
The All In Brass Band
We Are…The All In Brass Band, a youth-focused music ensemble that emphasizes Music Education, Entertainment, and Community Impact.
We Are… a group that leaves things better than we found it, whether it’s a rehearsal site, performance site, or The World.
We Are…Respectful to other bands and groups of musicians. We will be good neighbors to those in the music community.
We Are… Aware that when we are wearing our All In Brass Band jacket or shirt in public, we are ON stage, and we will always represent the group in a mature and professional manner.
We Are… Aware of the rule that we can miss rehearsals – family and school commitments come first - but we can’t miss notes. We will always show up to rehearsals and gigs prepared.
We Are… Dedicated to being the most cooperative students for our teachers when we go back to school band. Be the best student for your band director at school.
We Are… Dedicated to not being an Eye Roller; we will always say “please,” and “thank you,” and we are always respectful to others.
We Are… A team that always watches out for each other, and has each other’s back – at “All In” AND even when we are not at “All In.”
Additional notes for youth and adults:
Any rules and regulations set in place by parents and/or at school WILL be honored by this organization. These actions can be addressed by parents or guardians on a case-by-case basis, with final decision by All In Brass Band Director, Tom Allen.
Attendance: If you must miss, please let Mr. Allen know with as much lead time as possible. Good attendance is preferred and appreciated.
We will always put the physical and emotional safety of the young members first.
We are committed to developing high quality young musician-citizens and we will always insist that our participants conduct themselves in a manner that respects the dignity of others.
